01. Layer > New Fill Layer > Solid Color
MODE: Soft Light OPACITY: 100%
FILL: #F0E8DD

02. Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Selective Color
REDS: 
-100, 0, +100, +100
YELLOWS:
-100, 0, +100, 0
MAGENTAS:
0, 0, 0,-100
NEUTRALS:
+49, -20, -44, -21
BLACKS:
0, 0, 0, +15

03. Layer > New Fill Layer > Solid Color
MODE: Soft Light OPACITY: 57%
FILL: 93D1F5

04. Layer > New Fill Layer > Solid Color
MODE: Mulitply OPACITY: 100%
FILL: F0E8DD
 
05. Duplicate your base image and bring it to the top.
Set it at Screen 50% or Soft LIght 50% depending on your image.

06. Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Hue/Saturation
Saturantion: +30

07. Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Chanel Mixer
RED:
+139, -35, 0
GREEN:
-15, +121, +5
BLUE:
-60, +136, +44

Now you're done!
